A central Parisian location that’s within sight of the Louvre, this is the ideal place for your business to thrive. Situated in a striking Haussmann-era building, and a stunning example of 19th century architecture, at our 40 Rue du Louvre workspace you’ll be able to choose from serviced offices, co-working areas, desks for hire and conference rooms, all in one fantastic location. Walking through the dramatic entranceway, the great stone arches and clean white limestone are sure to impress all your visitors. But don’t let the baroque styling fool you; this is a hyper-modern workspace with temperature-controlled offices, an onsite gym and fitness room, and access to cloud storage. What’s more, there are more than enough amenities on site to keep you going all day, including a deli cafe, lunch restaurant and sandwich service. Travel to and from the site is simple, with the Les Halles metro and RER stations within easy walking distance, as well as bus and taxi services quickly accessible. And even during the short walk to the stations, you’ll struggle not to wander past some of the incredible Parisian monuments, such as the Centre Pompidou, the Fontaine des Innocents or Notre Dame Cathedral. Working from Spaces Châtelet truly puts you at the heart of this historic city.
