Theres Svenssons Gata 13 is a trendy new Gothenburg workspace and the most recent new addition to the innovative Lindholmen Science Park. When you choose to work from this dynamic business centre, you put yourself at the heart of an international collaborative environment for research, innovation and education. Lindholmen is Gothenburg's most expansive and tech-friendly area, and you get more from the location than the offices, meeting rooms and co-working spaces that are on offer. From its location in the Lundbyvassen neighbourhood, you’ll be right on the edge of the river. You’re connected to the whole of Gothenburg with your choice of free shuttle, bike, car or bus. Even the ferry has links to this waterfront location, as it only takes six minutes from Stenpiren to find yourself at the front door of Theres Svenssons Gata 13. If you don’t fancy eating in, there’s a choice of over 30 restaurants and cafes all over the Lindholmen area. While you explore your options, you might stumble across the nearby Älvrummet Museum or Radiomuseet Museum. Both are fantastic places to absorb the technologically advanced vibe of the area.
